All orders are shipped in the order in which they are received. While we generally expect any given order to be shipped out within 24-48 hours of fulfillment, there are cases where additional fulfillment time may be required. This would include but is not limited to: back-orders, custom or special orders, out of stock products, or International orders.
Shipping is free for all orders sitewide within the continental United States. This offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Shipments to AK, HI, and P.R. may require additional surcharges which will be calculated at checkout.
Local Only: Miami-dade & Broward Counties
Our local customers now have the ability to order website direct, and have your bicycle fully built and delivered at no additional charge. Upon checking out, please choose this delivery method. Within 24-48 hours of your purchase, a Loco account representative will reach out to schedule your bicycle delivery.
Canada & International Orders
Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the destination country. At checkout, you will be asked to enter the address we will ship your order to and select the destination country for shipment. The cost of shipment will be calculated based on this information. Soon after we have received your order and after it has been fulfilled, we will send you an e-mail containing tracking information for your order. From there, it's just a short wait before your bike and/or gear will be in your hands. The buyer is responsible for any and all import taxes, duties, and any other import fees established by your local government. These are not included in the cost of shipping calculated at checkout so please be aware of your local customs for an estimation of those costs. Any additional costs associated with your country's customs policy are non-refundable and refusing shipment due to these fees will be at the customer's expense (including all original shipping charges).
