It gives you a completely different perspective as you ride through the streets and valleys of these towns and cities.   1. Amsterdam, Holland

Besides their “coffee shops”, Amsterdam is also well-known for its huge cycling population and the city has one of the world’s most bike-friendly roads. Out of the many cycling routes this city has to offer, route 10 is the mostly recommended route because you get a mix of rural and urban. It starts at the very famous Heineken Brewery which was functioning until the 1990’s and has since then become a tourist attraction and a museum exhibiting the history of the Heineken Brewery. This cycling route takes you through the Amstel River and canal with little traffic, passing by Holland’s iconic windmills and dikes, and the famous street market of Holland called Albert Cuyp straat.
